5 Days Sailing Cruise and Action from Kavala/ Keramoti to Thassos, Samothraki, Lemnos, Thassos
Our cruise will start from the port of Keramoti or Kavala with extra charge, After filling the boat with the necessary provisions, food and drinks, we are ready to sail to the famous island of Samothrace.
At the afternoon we will enter at the port of Kamariotissa and we will find a safe place to moor the boat for the first night.

Going sailing definitely is very different to when you go on holidays ashore, a mix of adventure, luxury, tranquility and excitement which can appeal to one and all!
Sailing trips are different to any other type of holiday for a number of reasons, one of the most important ones is lack of limitless space on board! The other one is that while sailing, you may end up sweating during the daytime, but feel chilly when night falls. With this in mind we present the ideal packing list for your sailing holiday so you will enjoy every moment on board and get the most out of your yachting adventure with Aegean Sea Cruises!
Essentials: Start planning your packing by selecting the right luggage! When you come on board don’t pack excessively. A duffle bag or even a back pack should be more than enough for a week’s sailing. Any hard-cased suitcase is difficult for your skipper to bring it on board and will fill up space in your cabin that you wish you had available for yourself!
For both men & women the necessary clothing you should consider bringing is:
Ladies particulars: A couple of strap tops, few vest tops, and 5-6 t-shirts will be enough for a week. A pair of denim shorts, a couple of dresses for a night-out and underwear will be the utmost essentials for a lady on a yacht! Sandals since you’re sailing Greece are also a must!
Men particulars: Guys, this is mostly so you don’t forget the important stuff! So, a couple of jeans or linen trousers along with a couple of shirts will be enough for looking like a yachtie when ashore! Apart from swimsuits, flip-flops, jacket and sunnies, a pair of closed shoes will be fine for when you’re about to go for a stroll & don’t forget your undies & a belt!
Our cruise will start from the port of Keramoti or Kavala wih extra charge. After filling the boat with the necessary provisions, food and drinks, we are ready to sail to the famous island of Samothrace.
On our way to Thassos we will have the pleasure to enjoy the endless blue sea and if we are lucky, we will meet dolphins that will follow and play near our sailing boat. A beautiful sight that you should not miss.
During the trip, the skipper will give you all the information and help you cook and enjoy your first lunch on board. After that, you will be able to enjoy some free time in which you can try your luck with fishing. ( extra charge for the tools )
At the afternoon we will enter at the port of Kamariotissa and we will find a safe place to moor the boat for the first night. We will have dinner and later free time for a walk to the nights clubs and bars of Kamariotissa.
Departure in the morning for Paleopolis, we will sail close to Castro, (always depending the weather) and we will use the dingy to reach the beach where jeeps will be waiting for us to use them and to visit the Sanctuary of the Great Gods. ( extra charge )
We will have also the opportunity to enjoy 3 hour Trekking to Samothrace Lakes ( extra charge )
Return to the boat and continue our journey to the island of Limnos. The distance is 52 miles or about 7-8 hours
We will arrive at the beautiful Lemnos at the afternoon and if we have time and good weather, we will have a swim in a beautiful bay, before we enter to the port of Myrina.
We find our yacht a nice spot to rest in the beautiful harbor of Lemnos and we have some free time.
The port of Myrina is very beautiful and picturesque, so we will spend the evening in the taverns around the port where we’ll try the traditional food and possibly have a drink later.
The next day, we will take a tour around some beautiful, nearby destinations. We will enjoy our breakfast and we will sail to the bay of Platis and the beach of Thanos, located almost on the south side of Limnos.
The Jeep Safari ( extra charge ) will take place at the Sand dunes in Gomati which are located in the northern part of the island. They are constantly changing shape and dimension due to the wind. In order to end our day with the best memories, we’ll make a visit to Panagia Kakaviotissa and Aliki Lake.
Also you could go riding in Platy ( extra charge ) in order to make your day even more exciting!
It’s your last night in Lemnos, so enjoy it! You’ll have the chance to enjoy a fresh fish in a traditional tavern and later you could explore the bars of RomeikoGialo.
We will wake up early in the morning and we will start our trip to Limenaria. The duration is about 7-8 hours.
When we reach Limenaria we can walk through the traditional alleys of the small and beautiful village, have lunch in one of the traditional taverns, or if anyone’s in the mood for swimming we can anchor in a beautiful bay of Alyki Beach!

Second option is when we arrive at Limenaria Port, free time for a Lunch in one Tavern and after we start our trip to Avdira port.
Artival late night and accomodation at the port of Avdira.
Wake up morning, time for breakfast, and after we will sail to Keramoti port.
Some stoppings ( depends of the weather ) first to Tripiti Beach and after the Kefalas Cape, the beautifull Maries village, Skala Kallirachi, Sotiros, and later Keramoti Port.
The duration is about 4-5 hours.
When we arrive in Keramoti we will have time to check the yacht and some nice photos with our skipper to remember these beautiful moments!
Second option: We wake up in Avdira port, time for Breakfast.
Then mini bus or jeep take us from the port to ( 15 min ) Ranch Kiriakou for riding . Free time for riding after that country barbeque, with music and drinks.
Later we return to the Yacht and we sail to Keramoti port.
